Mr. Adler is the Managing Director and CEO of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels' Americas region. Mr. Adler specializes in arranging hotel market transactions, financings, investment advisory services and consulting for domestic and offshore owners and investors. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, Mr. Adler was managing director of the Lodging & Leisure Group at Sonnenblick-Goldman Company. During his diverse career, he has been a partner at Coopers & Lybrand in the Hospitality Consulting Group, a senior principal at Laventhol & Horwath and an operations analyst at Hilton Hotels Corporation.
Mr. Adler's diverse industry background includes consulting, litigation support, market and valuation analysis, operations and strategic planning as well as debt and equity transaction services. His clients include InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, The Blackstone Group, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Strategic Hotel Capital, Host Marriott, Cornerstone Real Estate, Goldman Sachs, CS First Boston, Walton Street Capital, among others. Mr. Adler holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and recently received the University’s "Distinguished Alumni Award." He is regularly quoted in leading trade journals and has been featured as a hotel industry expert on CNBC and CNNFN and in the Financial Times, The New York Times and the Wall Street Journal.
Mark G. Fair, Managing Director

Mr. Fair has invested over 28 years in the hotel industry. His current responsibilities as Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle include managing the national brokerage and financing operations of the Select Service Division. In addition, he also works closely with the Full Service Division on significant full service and luxury asset sales in the Southeast U.S.
Mr. Fair has represented Wyndham International, Host Marriott, General Electric, IHG, Bank of America and numerous other institutional and private clients in the disposition of over 200 hotels totaling in excess of $2 Billion. Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, he was one of the founding partners of Thompson Calhoun Fair, a Senior Vice President of Hodges Ward Elliott--both boutique hospitality brokerage firms, and a Vice President of Westinghouse Credit Corporation, where he directed the $3+ billion hospitality asset management, loan workout and disposition practice.
He has also held senior real estate positions with Days Inns of America and Buckhead America Corporation, and hotel operation positions with ITT Sheraton.
He earned an MBA from Georgia State University and has lived in Atlanta since 1979.

Adam McGaughy is an Executive Vice President in Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels' (JLLH) Chicago office. In addition to the marketing of individual and portfolio hotel transactions, Mr. McGaughy is responsible for directing the group’s Midwest hotel transactions practice.
Since joining the firm in January 2006, Mr. McGaughy has been involved in the sale of over $300 million of hotel assets throughout North America. In his real estate transaction career, Mr. McGaughy has been involved in the sale of over 120 hotel assets in the U.S. valued in excess of $2.0 billion and has serviced major clients including Felcor Lodging Trust, The Blackstone Group, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Highgate Holdings. JER Partners, Crow Holdings, Lodgian and Wyndham International as well as numerous regional hotel management groups and individual owner/operators.
Prior to joining JLLH in 2006, Mr. McGaughy spent nearly nine years with CB Richard Ellis Hotels (Hotel Partners) where he was a Vice President involved in asset disposition, financial analysis and advisory services for the firm’s top clients. Mr. McGaughy also has an extensive hotel operations background having served in corporate and property level sales and management positions with Omni Hotels, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Marriott International.
Mr. McGaughy is a graduate of The School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University and holds a dual M.B.A. in real estate finance and marketing from DePaul University. He is a member of Michigan State University’s Hospitality Real Estate Development Advisory Board and the Midwest Lodging Investors Summit Advisory Board. Mr. McGaughy is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Illinois.

Mark von Dwingelo is a Senior Vice President in Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels' (JLLH) New York office. In addition to the marketing of individual and portfolio hotel transactions, Mr. von Dwingelo is responsible for directing the Select Service Division’s efforts in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, with a focus on individual hotel dispositions valued at less than $20 million. As part of that role Mr. von Dwingelo also lends oversight to the publication of several national hotel research reports focused extensively on the select-service sector.
Since joining the firm in March 2002, Mr. von Dwingelo has been involved in the sale of over $400 million of hotel assets throughout North America. In his real estate transaction career, Mr. von Dwingelo has been involved in the sale of over 100 hotel assets in the U.S. valued in excess of $1 billion and has serviced major clients including Lodgian, Cornerstone, Morgan Stanley and CWCapital as well as numerous regional hotel management groups and individual owner/operators.
Prior to joining the Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels - Select Service Division, Mr. von Dwingelo spent nearly 20 years of his professional career as an advisor to developers, investors and owners of hotel real estate. Upon entering the workforce, Mr. von Dwingelo climbed to senior levels with national hotel consulting firms such as Laventhol & Horwath, KPMG, PKF Consulting and Horwath Landauer.
Mr. von Dwingelo was the Managing Director for Horwath Landauer's Atlanta office where he hired, trained and directed a staff of hospitality appraisers and consultants. Significant clients served included GMAC Commercial Mortgage, Lennar Partners, GE Capital, Lehman Brothers and numerous hotel ownership groups.
Mr. von Dwingelo began his hotel career after graduating Summa Cum Laude from Florida International University's School of Hospitality Management. He is frequently quoted in various industry publications and is a real estate broker in Connecticut and Georgia. Mr. von is active in the community as a National Youth Sports Association ("NYSA") certified coach for basketball and a US Lacrosse certified youth lacrosse coach.

Based in Los Angeles, CA, Jason Jones is a Senior Vice President for Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels Select Service Division focusing on hotel dispositions throughout the West.
Mr. Jones brings 10 years of hotel brokerage, franchising, and development experience to Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels. He recently held the position of Vice President
of Real Estate for California-based Hansji Hotels. During his tenure at Hansji, Mr. Jones' responsibilities included overseeing the acquisition and disposition of company-owned lodging properties, as well as handling land entitlement and the development of new construction projects throughout the West. Jason Jones also served as a Vice President with Swoboda Hospitality Brokerage, where he was a top producer in lodging transactions, and as a Director of Franchising Development with Carlson Hotels.

Ros is located in the Charlotte office of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels. Ros has over 10 years of hospitality and real estate experience, working with limited service, extended stay, full service, resort, and casino properties. His hotel career began in Las Vegas as a National Sales Manager for Park Place Entertainment, one of the largest gaming companies in the world. Ros focused on corporate business development for several major properties in Las Vegas. He also spent several years with Bissell Hotels, where he assisted in opening new properties including a resort and conference center.
His real estate experience began with Coldwell Banker Commercial in Charlotte where he created a hospitality brokerage division for the local office. He has been involved in numerous transactions and has been successful in developing lasting relationships with many hotel owners and operators throughout the region.
Ros is a graduate of Wake Forest University.
Bill Grice, Vice President – Finance

Mr. Grice is a Vice-President with Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels Financing
Group. Based in Atlanta, Mr. Grice specializes in assisting clients with
fulfilling their ongoing capital requirements by arranging financing for
the acquisition of new hospitality assets, renovating current holdings
or refinancing existing debt.
Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Grice spent four years with GE
Capital Real Estate in loan originations. During his time with GE
Capital, Mr. Grice advised on over 130 transactions with proceeds
totaling over $3 billion. Mr. Grice brings considerable expertise in
real estate capital markets as his lending experience encompasses
underwriting and structuring financing for on balance sheet loans, CMBS,
mezzanine as well as joint venture equity investments.
Prior to working with GE Capital, Mr. Grice spent six years with
Prudential Securities in Private Client Investments.
Mr. Grice is a graduate of Clemson University with a BS in Economics and
holds a MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
Chris Dewey, Vice President

Mr. Dewey began his hotel brokerage career in 2000 with a competing firm in Atlanta. His strong work ethic and industry knowledge has resulted in his involvement in successfully closing approximately ten hotel transactions a year with an aggregate volume of over $250 million in hotel assets. Mr. Dewey has been involved in the sale of individual hotel assets as well as complicated portfolio transactions. He has developed numerous relationships within the industry and he consistently attends tradeshows, conventions and seminars to cultivate knowledge of current industry trends.
Mr. Dewey began his business career with the Professional Golf Association (PGA) Travel where he gained experience in sales and negotiations while working closely with hotels and golf courses. He rapidly climbed the company ladder and was rewarded responsibility of domestic sales as a result of his efforts. Domestic sales rose nearly 300% during his final year with the company.
Mr. Dewey graduated from Wofford College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics.
